Barefoot in the Nation's Oldest City

My best friend Melissa and I spent some time in St Augustine, Florida today. St Augustine is the oldest city in the United States and is thus a huge tourist destination. Hence, lots of shopping opportunities. We walked around the shops and tried some delicious food and then shopped ourselves broke. Then we took some pictures! Melissa is an aspiring photographer, so I hope you enjoy them! If you're ever in northern Florida/southern Georgia and need a photographer, I'll hook you up with her!

The streets of St Augustine are surprisingly clean. A lot of their cement is made of sea shells, which is kind of cool and it also scrubs your feet clean while you walk.

We found a pretty gazebo to take pictures in. I twirled.

I had an itch on my nose.

Trying to keep my dress from flying up while I was twirling. I normally wear leggings underneath, but Florida is a lot warmer than Canada so it would have been incredibly uncomfortable to do so.

On the down spiral of a twirl.

Then we were tired, so we went home.
